Job Title: Electrician – Production Automation Technician

The company is actively engaged in exports to over 45 countries and recently launched a new production facility in Serbia. As part of its dynamic growth, KEBE is seeking Electricians – Production Automation Technicians aiming to strengthen, improve, and support its production capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical machinery, equipment, and wiring systems
• Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Coordinating with production and maintenance teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime
• Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work
• Conducting regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment
• Participating in training sessions to enhance skills

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation
• At least two (2) years of relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
• Excellent knowledge of using hand tools and diagnostic devices
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing faults in motors, drives, PLCs, and general electrical equipment
• Experience in electrical equipment installations
• Ability to read, understand, and update electrical schematics
• Knowledge and experience in industrial and electrical safety standards and adherence to corresponding protocols
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Basic computer skills are desirable

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our team in Thessaloniki. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and advancing our product line. This position bridges engineering, production, and marketing functions, ensuring that our products meet the highest functionality, efficiency, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and continuous improvement within the building materials industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Research market trends, design new products and improve existing ones to enhance functionality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain 3D models, technical drawings and an organized product database using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software.
• Collaborate with the Technical Applications Engineer to conduct product testing and ensure optimal performance before launch.
• Oversee production processes, optimize manufacturing efficiency and support the smooth implementation of new and redesigned products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, managing certification processes and quality checks.
• Manage testing related to tools and materials, coordinate product introductions, and refine technical specifications.
• Develop technical documentation, datasheets, and promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to ensure streamlined product development.

What We’re Looking For

• BSc/BA in a technical field (Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product engineering or a related role.
• Expertise in 3D product design (Siemens NX, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks).
• Excellent computer skills and strong command of English.
• Solid understanding of the construction materials industry.

As part of its dynamic growth, KEBE is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Engineer aiming to enhance, improve, and support its operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to the vehicle preventive maintenance schedule as specified by vehicle manufacturers.
• Performing maintenance operations (both general and specialized) and fault repairs on all company vehicles (cars, cranes, forklifts, trucks, and loaders).
• Complying with the company’s Health & Safety policies, procedures, and ISO 9001 standards.

Desired Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Diploma from a technical school (highly valued).

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the operation of the production department.
• Implementing the preventive maintenance and lubrication schedule as directed by the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.
• Immediate response to daily mechanical malfunctions or breakdowns in the factory and ensuring effective and safe resolution.
• Reporting unsafe conditions to supervisors and proposing actions to address them effectively.
• Providing mechanical support for factory operations during shifts, in a rotating work schedule.
• Participating in the installation and commissioning of new machinery.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical School related to the field (EPAL in Mechanical Installations and Constructions) or holder of a Practical Mechanical Engineer – 3rd Class Maintenance license.
• At least 2+ years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical equipment malfunctions.
• Experience in the installation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read, understand, and update mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of industrial risk and compliance with safety protocols.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Desirable computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsibility and goal-oriented attitude.

The candidate should demonstrate independence in maintenance tasks without requiring supervision, a positive attitude towards company needs, and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical expertise in mechanical works, especially in motion transmission systems, chain conveyors, belt conveyors, hydraulic systems, and compressed air systems.
• Training in Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Organizational skills in planning, ordering, receiving spare parts, managing consumables, and handling electromechanical equipment inventory.
